The 2003 Cantlin/Faler family reunion was held from July 11 to July 13 in Pinedale, Wyoming. The meet-and-greet on Friday evening, July 11, was attended by approximately 40 people, many of whom had never met each other before.
Approximately 60 people got together at Legion Park on Saturday, July 12, for the official reunion. The weather was beautiful, and most people seemed to have a good time.
Lunch was catered by Faler's General Store, and we were still eating leftover chicken and potato salad Saturday night, Sunday afternoon, and Sunday night.
The Green River Rendezvous was being held the same weekend as our family reunion, and the Rendezvous is probably the biggest event in Pinedale every year. The main street was lined with arts & crafts booths, and the annual Rendezvous parade was held on Saturday morning.
Once again, I would like to thank Margaret Richter for her efforts in putting the reunion together. Actually, she told me that if I didn't thank her at every opportunity, I was "dead meat". Seriously, thanks, Margaret.
